Chief Executive Officer

Greg is a repeat entrepreneur and drives Axoni’s strategic execution. He previously co-founded TradeBlock and worked as a fixed income analyst at Citigroup. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University where he studied finance.

Chief Technology Officer

Jeff oversees all technology at Axoni. He previously co-founded TradeBlock and worked as the Engineering Lead in Raytheon’s strategy group. Jeff holds a master’s degree in engineering from Cornell University.

Senior Vice President, Solutions

Ishan leads Axoni’s client engagements. Before Axoni, he was the Head of Accounts & Research at TradeBlock, and worked in Capital Markets Origination and High Yield Trading for Citigroup, where he was also a founding member of their High Yield Research desk. Ishan has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Mathematics from Colby College.

Senior Vice President, Engineering

Corey leads Axoni development. Before Axoni, he was the CTO of Atomyze, where he built a commodities trading platform and the Senior Vice President at Paxos, where he oversaw development of the cryptocurrency exchange and settlement platforms. He has a BS and MEng from Cornell and an MBA from Wharton.

Senior Vice President, Finance

Rob leads Axoni’s finance department. Before Axoni, he served as the CFO of Robin Healthcare. He provided executive leadership to finance, accounting, data, human resources and legal functions. Rob earned his MBA from Rutgers Business School and GMP from Harvard Business School.

Board Member

Tom is Managing Director, Head of Market Structure & Electronic Trading Services, and Head of Strategic Investments for Wells Fargo Securities. Prior to Wells Fargo, Tom was the Global Head of Transaction Services at NYFIX, EVP of the Boston Stock Exchange/President of the Boston Equities Exchange, and a 13-year veteran of Citigroup’s Investment Banking unit.

Board Member

Larry is a finance and technology entrepreneur. He is currently on the Board of Cowen Inc., Vice Chairman of Xpansiv, a renewable energy exchange platform, and on the board of various other private companies. Previously, Mr. Leibowitz was COO, Head of Global Equities Markets and a Board Director at NYSE Euronext.

Brian is a veteran financial industry professional leading CME Ventures, focused on strategic investment, new growth and market structure initiatives. Previously, he spent over a decade in Institutional Derivatives at Salomon Smith Barney and was also an early pioneer of electronic market making and quantitative trading.

Will has been investing in financial technology, services and information solutions since 2000 and serves as an Advisory Director at Charlesbank Capital Partners. Previously, he was at Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, served as the Global Head of Principal Investments for Citadel, and was the Global Head of Business Development for Merrill Lynch.

Dave is an Investment Director at Intel Capital located in SF. Within Intel Capital’s Cloud software team, Dave is responsible for enterprise software investments in B2B fintech, cyber security, and infrastructure. Current portfolio: Alkymi, Axoni, Censys, Cherre, Freshpaint, Fortanix, Grip Security, MinIO, and Pico. Exits: Accurics, Dfuse and ZeroFox.
